We hope you absolutely love your Forever 21 purchase, but if you decide you need to return or exchange an item, please review the policies outlined here to understand the process and timeline for returns.
This Returns and Exchanges Policy applies to all merchandise purchased online via panasoniccordlessphone.com or in U.S. and Canada Forever 21 retail store locations. Please contact Customer Service if you have any other questions.
Returns by Mail
Items Eligible for Return: Most unaltered and unwashed merchandise is eligible for a refund, subject to the exceptions listed in Section 2 below. All eligible items must be returned within 30 days of original purchase.
Initiating a Return Request: To start a return by mail, please take the following steps:
- Login to your panasoniccordlessphone.com account. Under “My Orders,” select the items you wish to return and choose reason code for return.
- You will receive an email with return label. Print label, place inside return packaging and affix label to the exterior.
- Ship package back to Returns Department address noted on label, with original packing slip if possible. Ensure Tracking number is included with return.
We recommend using a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns. It is your responsibility to pay for shipping costs associated with any returns.
Once your returned items pass inspection in our warehouse, refund will be issued to the original form of payment used at checkout. Most eligible credit card refunds post within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
Return of Gift Items: For gifts purchased from our online store, the gift recipient can return items by initiating the return process outlined above. Without a Forever 21 account, please contact Customer Service and provide the order number and designated recipient’s email address used during original purchase.
Returns to U.S. or Canada Stores
Eligible items can also be returned free of charge within 30 days to any Forever 21 location in the U.S. or Canada. Returns made in store should have a valid packing slip or online order confirmation. Government issued photo ID may be requested for store returns above $100.
If you prefer to exchange an item for a different size, color, or completely new item rather than request a return for refund, you can visit any U.S. or Canada Forever 21 store for an even exchange.
In-Store Exchanges: Items eligible for return can be exchanged at full retail price for any merchandise sold in Forever 21 stores. An even exchange means no additional money is owed at time of exchange. Returns above $100 may require government issued photo ID.
Online Exchanges: Out of stock or final sale items eligible for return can be exchanged online for store credit if exchange for exact item is not possible. To request an online exchange:
- Login to your account, select return reason and generate free return shipping label
- Ship item(s) needing exchange back to Returns Department
- Customer Service will issue store credit for value of returned merchandise
- New merchandise can then be purchased online using store credit
Return Exceptions and Restrictions
Non-returnable merchandise: The following merchandise is non-returnable except if defective or mis-shipped. In such cases, contact Customer Service within 2 days of receipt for assistance.
- Gift cards
- E-gift cards
- Bling Back reusable cups
- Personalized merchandise
- Beauty products (as required by law)
- Final sale merchandise
- Swimwear and lingerie must have sanitary liners unaltered and attached.
- Special occasion dresses may only be returned or exchanged if they have not been altered or worn.
- Jewelry must be returned in original packaging and condition.
We cannot process returns or offer refunds if:
- Return period has expired
- Merchandise shows signs of wear, use, alteration or is missing original tags/packaging
- Return documentation is incomplete
- Fraudulent returns
Forever 21 reserves the right to reject returns we reasonably believe do not comply with the policies outlined here. In case of rejected returns, customer will be contacted regarding next steps.
Once we receive and inspect returned items, refunds are typically issued within 2-3 weeks to the original form of payment on file for the order.
Credit Card Refunds: Credit card refunds are usually processed within 5-7 business days after the return passes inspection in our warehouse. Refund timeframe may vary depending on your financial institution.
Original Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable, except in cases where merchandise is defective or mis-shipped.
Discounted Items: If an item was purchased at a promotional discount or marked down from its original pricing, only the discounted price paid will be refunded.
Refund Method: Where possible, we will process refunds using the original payment method used for purchase. If payment method is unavailable, store credit will be issued. Cash and check payments will be refunded by check and may take up to 3 additional weeks for processing.
Unclaimed Refunds: You must use any credit on file with us within 60 days of issuance. After 60 days, if your refund credit remains unclaimed, funds will be forfeited and donated to charity.
