We offer a range of shipping options for orders placed on our website shipping to the United States:

We ship all ecommerce orders to Canada via Standard international delivery. Shipping fees vary based on order subtotal:

Canadian orders typically deliver within 7-10 business days after shipment. Extended delivery times may apply for remote regions.

United States Territories

Select territories may require additional transit time and incur premium shipping fees due to geographic constraints. Please contact Customer Service for details.

Shipping Policies

Combined Orders

We fulfill and ship all completed order items together in one shipment. If part of your order is delayed, the in-stock items will be held until all items can be sent together.

Backordered Items

If an item in your order is unexpectedly out of stock, we will ship the rest of the available order items while retaining full amount paid. Expedited shipping fees may be refunded if delivery is materially delayed due to backorders.

Once backordered item becomes available, it will ship separately with no additional shipping cost. You will receive an email notification when last item has shipped.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails for reasons outside our control and package is returned, we will contact you via email to resolve the delivery issue. Additional shipping fees may apply to reship returned orders.

Signature Confirmation

Signature Confirmation is available as an optional add-on service during checkout for an extra fee. For high value orders, shipments may require a signature upon delivery regardless.

Please note that Signature Confirmation only provides evidence that package was delivered to the address, not proof of receipt by a specific person.


We automatically insure every shipment in case of loss or physical damage up to $100 value. Additional insurance can be purchased during checkout if your order value exceeds included coverage limits. In the unlikely event of loss or damage, please save all packaging materials and contact Customer Service within 48 hours to file an insurance claim.

Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping times provided during checkout or on our website reflect our average order processing and estimated transit days in route via each shipping method. Delays can occur during periods of high order volume such as holidays, after inclement weather or other unforeseen events outside our control.

Please contact Customer Service for estimated delivery times for overseas shipments. Global delivery can take 2-4 weeks depending on shipping speed, destination country, customs and duty fees paid.

Tracking Your Shipment

Once your order has shipped from our fulfillment center, you will receive an email with carrier and tracking number information to monitor status in transit. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate after receiving shipment confirmation.

Where tracking is available, you can proactively sign up for status alerts direct from the shipping provider. If package does not arrive by the provided delivery date estimates, please contact Customer Service for assistance.
